Mission Statement

The mission of the Black Caucus of Hamden Connecticut is to inform and encourage public policy debate through analysis, research, and dialogue. The BCHC  is committed to promoting the political, social, educational, and economic interests of Hamden black residents and seeks to recruit, develop, and mentor leaders who aspire to the fulfillment of this mission.
